This license is required for a resource that can be reserved including the possibility to invite attendees and/or adding link to an on-line meeting to the event.

1. POI Basic license
This license is required for a POI that serves for starting navigation or to specify a position if the user is lost during the journey. This POI can´t be set as a navigation target, neither it can be found in the list of targets.^*

Typical example: typically a generic QR code placed in the crossings of corridors, in front of the elevators or other important starting points.

2. POI Standard license
This license is required for a POI that can be set as a navigation start or target. It can be found in the list of targets.^*

Typical example: reception, exit, entrance to a meeting room, entrance to a shop, entrance to a doctor´s office, restroom, kiosk, ATM, ...

How many POI Standard licenses do you need?

1. Resource Basic license
This license is required for a resource that can be displayed in the floorplan with the possibility to view detailed information about it such as description, area, opening hours, capacity, photos, etc.^*

Typical example: shop, restaurant, doctor´s office, canteen etc.

Note for companies that use (or will use) also the CUE reservation solution: You don´t need resource Basic licenses for the resources that allready have assigned any license (Standard or Premium) within the CUE reservation solution. An example of a resource for which you may need to purchase a Resource Basic licence would be a company canteen or company gym that are not reservable but you want to be able to view details of facilities or opening hours as part of the navigation.

How many Resource Basic licenses do you need?

2. Resource Standard license^*

If you are using a solution other than CUE Solution for reservations, this license is required for each resource that you want to not only display detailed information about, but also display its current reservation status on the navigation map.

Typical example: shared resources such as workplace, parking space, locker etc, that is being reserved using a different reservation tool than CUE reservation solution.

Note for companies that use (or will use) also the CUE reservation solution: You don´t need any additional Resource licenses for the resources that allready have assigned any license (Standard or Premium) within the CUE reservation solution.

How many Resource Standard licenses do you need?

1. Kiosk Basic license
This license allows the kiosk to:^*

• display routes on the map;
• display licensed POIs on the map;
• display licensed POIs  in the start and target selection menu. 

Typical usage: municipal or state offices, hospitals, exhibitions etc.

How many Kiosk Basic licenses do you need?

2. Kiosk Standard license^*

Beyond all the functions of the Basic license, this license allows the kiosk to:

• show clickable zone of licensed resources in map;
• view detailed information about the resource such as description, images, properties, etc.;
• view resource opening time and open/closed status on the map;
• show digital signage content such as advertisements or important information while this kiosk is in inactive mode.

Typical usage: shopping malls, medical centers and clinics, museums and galleries etc.

How many Kiosk Standard licenses do you need?

3. Kiosk Premium license^*

Beyond all the functions of the Standard license, this license allows the kiosk to:

• show reservation status of licensed resources.

Typical usage: international corporations, large companies, banks, HUBs and coworking centers etc.
