Our Resolution
STEINEL offices now fully use the touchONE ecosystem (not just) for reservations. Employees have a lot at their disposal – for example, our touchONE-assist mobile app, which helps with orientation around the building, but also with the reserving itself. They can reserve meeting rooms, parking spaces, workplaces, etc.
The subsequent number of people is monitored by STEINEL sensors (HPD2 and HPD3).
In the offices, a touchONE-kiosk is available for both employees and visitors, where the status of all rooms (e.g. the number of people in a given room) and other bookable resources is clearly displayed. The kiosk also allows to make short-term reservations and to extend or terminate them.
